Terms of Service

Last Updated: September 2026

1. Project Scope & Requirements

ApnaDot provides website design and development services based on the requirements agreed upon with the client. Before development begins, the project scope, features, design direction, and required deliverables will be discussed and confirmed.

The client is responsible for providing necessary content and assets, including logos, brand guidelines, images, videos, text, and other relevant materials required for the project.

2. Project Timeline & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Basic Website: 3–5 business days
  • Animated Website: 7–8 business days
  • 3D Website: 10–14 business days

These timelines begin once all required content, assets, information, and approvals have been provided by the client.

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the project's complexity, number of pages, features, revisions, integrations, and other specific requirements.

3. Revisions & Changes

The number of revision rounds will be agreed upon based on the project scope.

Requests that significantly change the originally agreed requirements, add new features, pages, or functionality may require additional time and charges, which will be discussed with the client before proceeding.

4. Domain & Hosting

Hosting may be included depending on the project arrangement.

Domain registration is generally paid separately by the client. However, for projects with a total value of ₹40,000 or above, ApnaDot may provide a domain at no additional cost, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Free domain eligibility is subject to:

  • Availability of a suitable .com, .co, .in, .co.in, .co, .org, or .net domain
  • Reasonable domain registration cost
  • Domain availability at the time of purchase

Premium, high-value, or specially priced domains are not included under this offer.

5. Payment & Project Start

Project payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before development begins.

Development will begin after the required advance payment and project information/assets have been received.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client must provide accurate information and required materials within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in providing content, approvals, feedback, or access may affect the estimated delivery date.

7. Third-Party Services

Any third-party services, subscriptions, plugins, premium assets, APIs, hosting upgrades, or other external services required for the project may be charged separately unless specifically agreed otherwise.

8. Website Ownership

Upon receipt of the full and final payment, ownership of the completed website and agreed project deliverables will be transferred to the client.

Third-party software, fonts, plugins, stock assets, APIs, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

9. Support After Delivery

ApnaDot provides 3 months of complimentary support after website delivery for issues or bugs related to the delivered website.

This support does not include new features, redesigns, additional pages, major content changes, or functionality requested after completion. Such requests may be quoted separately.

10. Client Approval

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the website before final delivery. Once the website has been approved and delivered, further changes outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.

11. Cancellation

You can cancel your project order within 24 hours of placement for a 80% refund of token money, provided development work has not commenced and if work is commenced then 50% of the token money.

If a project is cancelled after development has started, the advance/project initiation payment may be non-refundable, as it covers time, planning, resources, and work already allocated to the project.

Any cancellation terms will be communicated and agreed upon before the project begins.

12. Communication & Approvals

Important project decisions, approvals, requirements, and changes should be confirmed through written communication such as email or WhatsApp to avoid misunderstandings.

13. Portfolio Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ApnaDot may showcase the completed website as part of its portfolio, including screenshots or links.

If the client requires the project to remain confidential, this should be communicated before project completion.

14. Terms & Conditions

By approving the project and making the required payment, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service and the agreed project scope.

ApnaDot reserves the right to update these terms when necessary. The terms applicable to a project will be the version agreed upon at the time the project is confirmed.
